MPD Investigating Commercial Burglary & Stolen Guns

The Monticello Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred last night or early this morning at a local business.
Several handguns were stolen and the police department is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the recovery of the firearms and/ or the arrest of the suspects involved. Anyone with information concerning the burglary can call the MPD Crime Tip Line at 723-LEAD (5323) anonymously and provide the information to be eligible for the cash reward.
