Monticello Man Busted for Possession of Ice with Intent to Deliver
February 16th, 2008 by Joe BurgessNicky Groce, of Monticello, was involved in a traffic stop, in January, by the Monticello Police Dept.
During the stop, aside from traffic violations, Groce was found to be in possession of 3 small bags, and 1 larger bag of “ice”, which is a “purified form of methamphetamine”.
Groce has been charged with posession of a controlled substance, with intent to deliver. The 10th Judicial District Drug Task Force is working the investigation.
