Monticello Man Being Held on $300,000 Bond of 1st Degree Battery Charge
March 29th, 2010 by Joe BurgessA 21 year old Monticello man was arrested on a warrant by the Monticello Police Dept, last week and is being held on a $300,00 bond, following his 1st appearance hearing Thursday.
Darius Clay is charged with 1st degree battery, and is being held in the Drew County Detention Facility.
Information is limited, due to the ongoing investigation in the case.
