Mom & 2 Children Die in Eudora Car Crash
April 20th, 2015 by Joe BurgessAccording to the Arkansas State Police preliminary report, there was a fatality wreck in Eudora, at 11:37 Saturday morning, where an adult and two children lost their lives.
The report indicates that a Chevy Malibu, driven by Victoria Thomas (age 30 of Eudora) was southbound on HWY 65 near Compress St. The Mailbu veered into a guardrail, overcorrected, and crossed the center lane into the path of a northbound Chevy Silverado pick-up, being driven by a 44 year old Alabama man.
MLive has confirmed through other sources that Ms. Thomas, along with two of her children, were pronoumced dead at the scene of the accident. Although her daughters names were unavailable, they were reported to be approximately age 3 and age 10.
A third child in the Thomas vehicle, age unknown, was taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital for medical treatment.
The driver of the Silverado was transported to Chicot Memorial in Lake Village.
