MMS EAST student, Camry Burnett is shown interviewing Retired Brigadier General and House Representative LeAnne Burch on Wednesday.

Burch shared her story of 30 years of military service as part of the MMS Art Dept/ MMS EAST Veteran’s Appreciation Project.

The project is titled, “Am I Not an Individual and a Patriot”. The progression of this unit has led us to the path of honoring our local veterans and active duty military.

They will be creating a documentary which will have stories from our local veterans about the service for our country.
