UPDATE – Missing 13 Year Old LOCATED SAFE

The missing 13 year old that was reported to Monticello Police, as has been safely located, and returned to the parents at Walmart.
He was identified as a 5’5″ white male, 140 pounds, wearing a black shirt with NIKE on it, camouflage shorts, and an Underarmor hat.
He was last seen at Walmart around 7:30, and has since been reported at McDonalds.
