MHS Grad Named Kentucky National Guard Military Spouse of the Year

Shelia M. Brookins, the Army National Guard Spouse of SFC Darrell Brookins and 1988 graduate of Monticello High learned this week that she is the 2018 Armed Forces Insurance Base Military Spouse of the Year.
The national program honors the commitment and sacrifice that military spouses make every day in communities across the country.
Shelia works as a contractor with the National Guard to assist Service Members and their Families in pre, during, & post deployment cycles. She is also active in her school and church communities as well.
