MHS Grad Included in Lady Gaga Super Bowl National Anthem
February 12th, 2016 by iPhoneKristiana Tenorio, a Monticello High School graduate (class of 2013), got the opportunity to dance in the Super Bowl 50 halftime show this past Sunday, in Santa Clara, California.
She currently attends Santa Clara University and is on their dance team. Her dance team was asked to audition for the chance to be in the halftime cast, and they got chosen.
Tenorio held the flag during the national anthem sung by Lady Gaga. She was also part of the Pepsi logo cast and flowers cast during halftime.
For the finale, she was chosen to go on stage and dance. Tenorio rehearsed many long hours for the past few weeks with choreographers from all over the country. “Dancing in the Super Bowl 50 show was a dream come true! I am so blessed to have had this incredible opportunity.”
