MFD Rescues Imaginary Victims from Crash (Training Excercise)

These photos show a recent training excercise that our local firefighters from the Monticello Fire Department went through, in preparation for one of the real-life situations they may find himself in, where real victims are involved.
One reason the crash is unusual, is because it was staged with vehicles from Reggie’s and Rod’s Wrecker services.
The event was held at the Monticello Fire Training Center, and was used to evaluate and improve use of the “jaws of life” extrication tools, as well as give new department members “hands on” experience.
