“Meth Mom’s” Boyfriend Arrested for Attempted Sex Assault of Juvenille

During the investigation which led to the recent arrest of a Winchester mother of 4, Drew County authorities were informed by the 14 year old victim, not only did she smoke meth with her mother, but also her mother’s boyfriend, who also tried to sexually assault her.
The victim also disclosed that during the month of September 2014, Arvol Baty tried to have sexual relations her. She even demonstrated how they smoked meth and described what they used to smoke it.
Baty was arrested on February 18 in the driveway of his home. He denied all allegations against him during a formal interview
