Meth Bust Recovers 15 Oz., with 5 Children Present
April 6th, 2018 by iPhoneOn April 4th, at approx. 5:00pm, Monticello Criminal Apprehension Team and the Department of Corrections Parole Division conducted a search on a residence in Monticello.
Officers located 15 ounces of what is believed to be methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia and scales.
Arrested were Delvin Neal, 32 of Monticello and Tiffany Wigfall, 28 of Monticello.
Both suspects are in the Drew County Jail on the charges of: Possession with Intent to Sale Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence, Maintaining a Drug Premises and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 5 counts.
No bond is set at this time for the couple. Due to the large amount of suspected methamphetamine, this charge will be classified as a Class A felony.
Five children were in the home during the arrest.
