Meet “Thai Paul”, a Unique Chef, with Impressive Cooking Skills
July 19th, 2013 by Joe BurgessMore people know “Thai Paul” than recognize the name Chaiporn Phurisri; but once you meet him, you will be impressed with his personal story, as well as his culinary skills.
Paul is a native of Thailand, who moved to the U.S. in 1989; his family owns a restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii; and his dad graduated from West Point Academy. And there’s much more to learn about him as you get to know him better.
The “Tiny Thia Place'”s menu is equally impressive; offering steak and lobster, filet mignon, scallops, and varying presentations of crab legs.
For a wide range of authentic home-made dishes, made from scratch, try Thai Paul’s meals at the Tine Thai Place, located in the old Family Seafood, on HWY 278 West , or call 723-9258.
