MDA competes at MDF
November 23rd, 2018 by iPhoneStudents from Monticello Dance Academy competed in the Motion Force Dance Competition in Eldorado on Saturday, November 17. Each routine that competes is scored on an adjudicated scale with Dynamic Platinum 1st being the highest you can score, then Platinum 1st, Top Gold, and Gold.
All of the routines that we took scored a Dynamic Platinum 1st. Olivia Wilson’s contemporary solo received the Judges’ choice for Best Technique! Karissa Morman won 1st overall in the senior solos with her tap routine!
These girls are under the instruction of Allison Neill, Toni Findley, and Charlee Carter. Choreographers for the routines that competed included Allison Neill, Toni Findley, and Kyle Plunkett.
