MCC Seeking Golf Course Manager

MCC is excited to bring on board a new Golf Course Manager!
If you are energetic, highly motivated, and detail oriented, we want to talk with you!
We are open to past experience or someone who’s eager to take their career to the next level.
The manager is entrusted with overseeing the maintenance, operations and management of the golf course, as well as other grounds surrounding all maintainable property.

General responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance:
Manage and maintain all grounds within the property boundaries including the golf course, driving range, clubhouse surrounds and other maintainable property.
Program and supervise turf/grass, material and chemical maintenance including all planting, fertilizing and chemical applications, as well as other care needs for turf, plants, shrubs and trees.
Supervise maintenance and operation of drainage, irrigation and other mechanical watering systems
Maintain inventory and oversee all repairs and scheduled maintenance of all golf course maintenance equipment.
Communicate regularly with the Grounds Committee to discuss activities, goals, and plans.
Staffing:
Responsible for hiring, training and developing all maintenance related staff.
Coordinate scheduling and maximize productivity of the maintenance staff.
Help implement policies and procedures for maintenance.
