Mayor Waives 1st Appearance Hearing on Tampering & Abuse of Office Charges – Next Court Day Set for November

Monticello Mayor Zack Tucker was scheduled to appear in Drew County Circuit Court, this (Monday) morning, on chargers of tampering with public record and abuse of office.
Tucker, represented by attorney Hani Hashem, waived his right to a first appearance hearing, in front of Judge Bynum Gibson, and had the upcoming court date of November 21.
Tucker was officially charged in September.
