Mayor & QC Budget Committee on Old Dispatcher Bills – Video

At a recent Quorum court budget committee meeting, Mayor Dane Weindorf presented a letter of agreement signed by Mayor Gordon Hennington and Sheriff James Robinson from 2004, where an agreement was put into place in reference to the city paying for one county radio dispatcher. Several questions were asked by the budget committee about the legalities and intent of this letter, as well as the length a contract can extend, in this instance.
Everyone agreed to do further research and bring it up at the next convenient meeting time.
