Man Dies after Falling from Moving Car

A 21 year old McGehee man died following an accident near Halley, Tuesday morning at 1:40 an.
Rhett Runyan was riding on the hood of a westbound 2013 Mercedes, when he fell off the hood of the vehicle and struck the roadway.
The accident occurred on State Highway 208, east of the Halley community in Desha County.
Runyan was declared deceased at the scene. The accident was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
