Man Accused of Assault, involving Board & Ax
June 8th, 2017 by iPhoneIn a case before the Drew County Circuit Court, Monday, a local man is facing charges of domestic assault with a board, and threatening victims with an ax.
On March 19, around 9 PM, Gregory Scott Neugebauer was arrested by Drew County Sheriffs Deputies for allegedly threatening and chasing family members with an ax, before putting the ax down and assaulting a man with a board, at his home on Longview Road.
Neugebauer is charged with aggravated assault of a family member, 2nd degree battery, terroristic threatening and is listed as a habitual offender in court documents.
He has been released from jail on $10,000 bond.
