Mainline Health Services recently offered a proposal to the Drew Central school board, about providing a school based health clinic at Drew Central’s campus.

Thursday night, Mainline’s Allan Nichols attended the board meeting to answer questions and explain their proposal.

Also present was Sylvia Simon of Monticello Medical Clinic, who is interested in proposing a similar option, in cooperation with Drew Memorial Hospital.

The board members feel that there seems to be a need for a school medical provider and agreed to let MMC/DMH put together a proposal to present, as well.
