Mainline Health Systems Inc. COO, Ashley Anthony, Chosen to Speak at NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit in Washington D.C.

Chief Operating Officer, Ashely Anthony, was chosen to speak at the NRHA Rural Community Health Connections Summit in Washington D.C. held on July 12th. Mrs. Anthony presented on the topic of managing chronic diseases, shining a spotlight on the Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program offered at MHSI. She shared insight about the program, how MHSI provides services to chronic care patients with diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, and how these services ultimately improve health outcomes.
Mrs. Anthony was also chosen to participate in a video for the Rural Health Information (RHI) Hub while at the summit. The Rural Health Information Hub is a plethora of resources for all things rural health. The purpose of the RHI Hub is to assist rural health centers in planning programs, developing effective strategies, and learning about rural health issues. What an honor it is to be given the opportunity to speak about such matters.
The Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program offers 24/7 care to Medicare eligible patients, assisting with medication management, scheduling appointments, diet counseling, connecting patients with community resources, and so much more.
