Lori Fallon Honored with State Youth Minister of the Year Award
March 20th, 2016 by iPhone“The Youth Minister of the Year Award was created in 2003 to honor individuals who have been outstanding in their service to young people through the youth ministry of the United Methodist Church in Arkansas.
Lori Fallon is a life-long United Methodist, who grew up in a small rural town in central Louisiana. Her career in the church launched when she completed a Disciple course, and soon after began working in the youth program at First United Methodist Church
in Monticello. She now works as a full-time director and minister for junior high and senior youth.
In addition to her role as a youth director at First United Methodist Church, she serves as a small group leader at numerous conferences, co-coordinator of the Southeast District youth team, a member of the Arkansas Conference Youth
Ministers task force, and a small group church cohort mentor for Dover United Methodist church.
In recognition of her long and continued commitment to inspiring and educating United Methodist youth, it is a pleasure to present Lori Fallon with the 2015 Youth Minister of the Year Award.”
