Logging Crewman’s Death Believed to Be Natural Causes

Around 4 PM, Monday, Monticello dispatch received a 911 call about a logging employee needing emergency medical assistance, at a worksite on Campground Road.
MASI and Sheriffs Deputies quickly responded, and soon called the coroner to the site.
The employee was not around any equipment at the time of his death, and authorities want the public to know that hhis passing appears to of been from natural causes, and not an accident in anyway.
First responders extend their sympathies to the family and friends of the deceased.
