Log Truck Spill on HWY 278
November 12th, 2013 by Joe BurgessAt 12:20, Monday afternoon, this loaded log truck was traveling toward Monticello, when its trailer’s fifth wheel pin plate pulled off, allowing the trailer to overturn, rolling it over onto the side of the roadway.
No one was injured.
Drew County Sheriff’s Deputies directed traffic through the 277/278 curve until 3 pm, when the wreck was clered.
