Log Truck Drops Load, 425 North
October 16th, 2019 by iPhoneAt 8:15, Wednesday morning, the driver of this Monroe, LA log truck was traveling north through Montongo on 425 N., when, as reports indicate, his fifth wheel coupling came loose.
That, in turn, caused his trailer to come loose from his big-rig, bringing it to a sudden halt, blocking the northbound lanes of 425.
Arkansas Highway Police, Drew County Sheriff deputies, and Ronnie’s Big Wrecker responded.
By 9:30, Big Wrecker had the trailer up on its jacks. The roadway is expected to be open by 10 AM.
