I know she deserves the punishment she received but just wondering why the former mayor and the two women that stole from the museum didn’t even get arrested. The mayor had to pay back the money that he was caught taking but not even an arrest was made for him. The two women that got caught stealing from the museum have had nothing done to them. It shows that this town does whatever they want to only those they want to do it to. Every person that has been caught stealing from the city should be arrested and sentenced to prison and restitution if found guilty. They shouldn’t pick and choose the ones that should and would be punished. I understand that punishments might be different because all crimes are more than likely going to be different but stealing is stealing and there’s no reason why one should be sent to prison and the others had basically nothing done to them.
