Local Man Dies in Big-Rig Crash

A 29-year-old Monticello man lost his life, Thursday afternoon, in a two vehicle collision in Lincoln County.
Deontra Montreall Ollison died in the accident which occurred on at 5:30, south of Arrowhead Road, at 2:10 PM.
Ollison’s 1997 Acura was traveling south on I-530, when it collided head-on into a 2017 Volvo 18-wheeler, which was northbound.
The deceased’s Acura was attempting to pass another vehicle at the time of the collision.

This is so sad. Deontra was a really nice guy. He worked with my husband for awhile at both Price Lumber and Interfor. Prayers to his Grandmother and his kids. He is going to be missed.
