He’s sure to make alot of new friends when he gets there…
He needs to be in the pen for life!!! SICKO
He’s right where every predator belongs.
The prisoners at the prison just LOVE child rapist
he’ll be lucky to survive the first 6 months
He will suffer for a long time. God has had Grace for the lil girls family. Now they can move forward with some peace.
Ohh My Goodness..That is Tommy,,OMG what happened? Never figured him to do something like this..OMG
We all get mad at the offenders, but let’s remember the victims in this story!!!! Even his extended family are victims, for they too lost a loved one too. No one wants to see their son or daughter go to the pen. Thanks to the Local Law that gets these offenders off the street, but it is always hurtful feelings on innocent family and friends.
I guess it’s just not for me to understand…but my question is how in the Sam Hell can someone that harms and destroys a child life be given an option to accept a 25yrs….and here’s the bad ole guys sellings drugs be handed down an 80 yrs sentences…The justice system just isn’t fair. To each it’s own I guess!!
SMH: The Prosecuting Attorney might have known he did it but could not prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt and per legal standards without this man’s admission of guilt. The state might have felt 17 certain years might have been a better alternative than the possibility of this offender getting off due to a hung jury or technicality. I am in favor of the death penalty for all rapists period but these are the cards we have been dealt.
As far as him receiving retribution in Prison, think again. Outside of the hell-on-earth that prison is, sexual offenders and child rapists are closely watched and segregated from general population. He will always have a price on his head if anyone in the general population knows what is in his “jacket” or file but again, the state will attempt to place him in protective environments with other similar offenders.
Hopefully, his heart will change but all to often when these types of criminals are grouped together, they compare notes and learn how to be even more deviant upon release. In the right setting, it is not unusual for them to brag about their crimes with other like-minded perpetrators.
We need to pray for all parties concerned. God will handle the justice end of this situation. He always does. Don’t ever forget that. Remember Joseph: what others intended for evil, God turned into good.
In Criminal Law, the accused has a right to face it’s accuser….Sometimes when plea’s are offered, it is to save the victim from more harm, and a chance to move on……..As civilians when a plea is offered, we’ll never know how much evidence the local law obtained to prosecute, but what was best for all, including the victim was surely looked at!!!
Thanks Mr. Andrew and Blondie!!
God bless you, Tommy.
