Local Lawyer Appointed as New District Judge

Gov. Mike Beebe has announced that a local attorney has been appointed to serve the remaining unexpired term of former judge Ken Harper.
P. Luevonda Ross, of Monticello, was appointed to the seat, and will serve until December 31, 2014.
