Amanda Nicole Moore, age 18, recently participated in a nation wide effort to raise money for childhood cancer. Ms. Moore participated in events sponsored by the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, where the motto is “Shaving the Way to Conquer Kids’ Cancer.

Ms. Moore signed up, raised donations, and recently shaved her head. Ms. Moore was provided the free “hair cut” by Lisa at Club Hair. She was joined by family and friends for the event.

Ms. Moore, through, the website, jars placed in local businesses and personal requests, raised over $1000 for the Organization.
