Local Bank Robber Going To Prison For 40 Years

A 21-year-old Monticello man plead guilty this morning to robbing Commercial Bank in October.
Mahli Arrington got 20 years for kidnapping and 20 for armed robbery, to be served consecutively; and then 10 each for theft of property and felon in possession of a firearm charge. Those are to be served concurrently.
