Library Burglarized, Monday Morning
April 8th, 2014 by iPhoneMonday morning, we reported two burglaries that took place on the Monticello Square.
The Monticello Branch library was also burglarized, during the night, Sunday.
Entry to the library, located at South Main and Jackson Street, was gained by breaking a window and entering the conference room. Since the conference room door was “key locked”, the vandals then broke a larger window inside of the building.
As in the other two Monday cases, only small items in a small amount of money was taken (change for the copier).
Anyone who may of saying suspicious persons or vehicles in any of these cases, is asked to call MPD at 367-3411.
