May 21st, 2024 by Joe BurgessAttorney Tabitha Lee was born and raised in Dermott and is a graduate of the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts, the University of Arkansas, the Clinton School of Public Service, and the UALR Bowen School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and leads the Delta Justice Center, a law firm dedicated to providing high quality legal assistance to all Arkansans, especially in southeast Arkansas.
She a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a Silver Life Member of the NAACP, and a board member for the Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation.
She has previously served as a Special Projects Attorney at the Center for Arkansas Legal Services in the areas of criminal record sealing and veterans benefits, and as a judicial clerk in the sixth judicial district of Arkansas for the Honorable J. Leon Johnson.
