Lawyers Question Potential Jurors

Prosecutor Frank Spain started with the jury panel by saying, “Samuel Vincent did not intend to cause the death of Deputy Braden, but the things he did caused the death of Tim Braden.”
Spain then went to asking them about circumstancial evidence and if any of them had any previous negative experiences with the legal process.
The court took a short break at 10:20 AM.
When court resumed, the defense addressed the jury pool, before meeting with the judge to “strike” potential jurors, possibly unsympathetic to their respective sides, from the case.
