Jury Verdict Finds Vincent Guilty of Drugs & Fleeing – Not Guilty of Officer’s Death
August 10th, 2018 by iPhoneAt 4:50, a Drew County Jury of 6 men and 6 women returned with the verdicts for Samuel Vincent, in the auto accident death of Sheriff’s Deputy Timothy Braden.
Vincent was found guilty of possession of over 4 ozs of marijuana and fleeing an officer.
He was found not guilty in causing the death of Officer Braden, and also possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 5:00, sentencing testimony began.
