Jury Sets Sentence At 6 Years In Prison on Drug Charges
August 10th, 2018 by iPhoneThe jury returned at 5:30 PM, with a recommended sentence that Judge Sam Pope approved. He then sentenced Vincent to 6 years in ADC and a fine of $7,500 on the charge of possession of over 4 ozs. of marijuana.
The sentence for fleeing is 1 year in the county jail, and a fine of $2,500.
According to Arkansas law, the two sentences will run concurrently, for a total of six years in a DC, with a $10,000 fine.
It is possible he could be released in one year.
