Jury Selected for Murder Trial – 10:30 Update
August 28th, 2014 by iPhoneCourt began at 9:00, with roll call, as the possible jurors were seated in order.
Judge Sam Pope asked several questions about relationships with witnesses and law enforcement
At 9:40, deputy prosecutor Frank Spain addressed the panel with more questions that would effect their ability to impartially serve on the jury.
At 10:00, defense attorney Gary Potts, explained some of the responsibilities of jury duty, until “strikes” to remove panel members began at 10:15.
The jury of. 7 men am 6 women ( including one alternate ) was seated at. 10:30.
