Jury Selection Stirs Emotions in Murder Trial

During the questions, prosecuting attorney Frank Spain drew an objection from public defender Steve Porch, when he asked the potential jurors if they had feelings about “a corpse being burned or thrown in a pond,” implying upcoming details about the case.
The court took a short recess at 10 AM.
The defendant’s attorney began his questions at 10:15, and ended at 10:25.
