At 10:15, the jury, predominately women, was selected.

During the jury selection for the Jeremy Huskey murder trial, several members of the jury pool, told the court that they had reservations about “innocent until proven guilty”, because “he wouldn’t be here, if he hadn’t done anything.”

These potential jurors were eventually released, but this reporter has never seen 5 jury pool members speak up  (with seemingly others raising their hands, briefly) for this question
