Flashing Red & White Lights on July 4 – Not a Good Choice

Around 1 PM, on Monday, July 4, a local driver was pulled over by MPD and cited for improper use of emergency lights, following a citizens complaint of him driving on Highway 425 south, with flashing red and white lights.
Good intentions; bad choice.
