Judge Kenneth Johnson Dies after Long Illness

Circuit Judge Kenneth Johnson passed away, Sunday, following a long battle with health issues.
Judge Johnson was the Division 2 judge of the Tenth Circuit in Arkansas. He was re-elected on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020. It is expected that Gov. Asa Hutchinson will appoint an interim judge in the near future, to fulfill Johnson’s unexpired term.
