Joe Williams Files for Quorum Court JP, District 7

Joe Williams has officially announced his candidacy for the Justice of the Peace District #7 position.
Williams is a member of the Sixteen Section Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and Laymen President. He also is a 32nd degree mason with his local lodge being Bartholomew #28 in Monticello. He also serves this district as a District Deputy Grand Master.
Williams is a graduate of Monticello High School and a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Williams currently is the Plant Manager for School and Career Apparel Inc. located in Star City Ark.
He was employed 22 years at Burlington, where he started as a lift truck operator, then earned multiple promotions, eventually becoming plant superintendent.
For 31 years he has been married to Jacqueline Rowlett Williams and they have three children, Dawun who is a graduate of Arkansas State University and is currently a Mechanical Engineer and Moesha & Iesha (Twins) who are juniors at the University of Central Arkansas pursuing a degree in Speech – Language Pathology.
Williams’s desire is to serve all the voters of district #7 and be a voice for them all. Williams wants to bring some fresh ideas and new positive energy to the Quorum Court.
