The Arkansas State Trooper that arrived first at the scene took the stand at 11:05.
The Troopers testimony focused on what he did , after arriving at the crash scene, then describing photos of the site that were taken during the accident investigation.
Approximately 16 photos of the area where admitted into evidence.
Childs’ vehicle traveled 409 feet , after it struck the Davis vehicle.
A total of 6 vehicles were involved in the crash,
The final summary of State Police investigation shows “Careless and prohibitive driving” because “Childs failed to get his vehicle stopped. ”
The jury went to lunch at noon.
