New and independent restaurant operation in southeast Arkansas is seeking talented and innovative Chef Manager to oversee our culinary operations.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring consistently high quality food preparation; creating recipes and supporting materials; effectively managing resources and inventory; accurately forecasting food and labor costs; managing and developing kitchen staff, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive and exciting work environment.

College degree or certification in culinary field preferred, but will consider applicants with proven experience.
