Ice Skating Rink at UAM (synthetic)
December 25th, 2014 by iPhone
UAM’s student activity board sponsored a unique activity Wednesday night; “Ice skating at UAM.”
The “synthetic ice rink” was originally designed to help individual participants practice ice skating routine and hockey moves away from the real ice rink.
The rink was assembled by putting together a “jigsaw puzzle of synthetic panels,” which form the 32 x 40 rink.
UAM students were invited to to the Gibson Center parking lot, to try the rare southeast Arkansas opportunity of “skating on ice.”
