March 6th, 2017 by iPhoneA hunting vest, possibly used by Barry Harmon was located in February in the woods between Coleman and Garnett Road. Harmon has been missing since mid January, 2015.
The vest, along with shotgun shells similar to the ones Harmon was using, led to a search by the Drew County Sheriff’s Department, Friday and Saturday.
The Louisiana Search & Rescue-K-9 group also was present for the search.
Their 6 cadaver dogs were used to search for any human remains in the wooded area, as was another dog and handler from Florida.
