Around 11:20 PM, Saturday night, Clear Creek, Selma & Selma 2 (Coleman) firefighters were dispatched to this house fire, near the 277 intersection on HWY 83 N., near Coleman.

The structure was a total loss, but the man and woman inside safely escaped. Sources told us that a loud noise woke them up, to find smoke throughout the house.

A vehicle under the carport, was also lost in the fire.
