Help Wanted: Pinnacle Propane Looking For Customer Care Representative
October 8th, 2021 by SubmittedCustomer Care Representative: Pinnacle Propane is looking for a Customer Care Representative at our (Monticello, Arkansas). This position will answer incoming calls and emails from customers to take orders, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Answer Incoming Calls professionally
- Respond to Customer’s inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide Customers with Product and Service Information
- Enter customer delivery orders for a request for delivery; picked up; equipment issues, etc.
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Process New Customers and new contracts
- Follow up on all customer calls when necessary
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- 3+ years of customer service or office-based work
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Courteous client contact skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & general computer skills
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and internal customers
- Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
