At 10 am, Linda Faulkner, speaking on behalf of the petition signers, told the court, “The defendants are only caught up in this case, because of their position, the plaintiffs have a personal interest. If the signers had enough signatures on the petitions, it should be decided by the voters.”
Judge Glover declined Faulkner’s petitions, in part because the signers are not listed as parties in the case, among other reasons.
