Gulledge Seeking Re-election as County Clerk
January 23rd, 2014 by iPhoneLyna Gulledge of Monticello has announced that she will be a candidate for re-election to a sixth term of office as Drew County Clerk in the upcoming May Democratic primary election.
Gulledge is currently serving as the first vice president of the Arkansas County Clerk’s Association after being the group’s second vice president in 2012-2013. From 2006-2011, Gulledge served as secretary of the organization. She is also a member of the Association of Arkansas Counties and the Church of Christ.
She and her husband, Greg, have one son, James, who is a first-grade student at Drew Central Elementary School.
“I would like to ask for your continued support and vote in the May primary,” Gulledge said in making her announcement. “It has truly been a pleasure to serve as county clerk and I hope the citizens of the county will give me the chance to continue putting my experience to work for them.”
