Former Monticello School Administrator Hired as Crossett Superintendent
July 9th, 2012 by Joe BurgessAccording to AshleyCountyLedger.com, the Crossett School Board has named a former Monticello assistant superintendent as the interim Crossett superintendent.
Tommy Tyler was assistant superintendent in the Monticello School District from 2002 to 2009.
The Crossett School District now has its fourth superintendent in a year and a day. Janice Warren retired effective June 20, 2011. The board hired Bruce Bryant and then suspended him with pay on April 9 while naming Norman Hill, (or Monticello) to serve as interim superintendent through the end of the last school year.
